Hale Center ISD is participating in the Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program. Through TIA, outstanding teachers have the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on demonstrated instructional effectiveness and student growth.Teachers hired into TIA-eligible positions may have the opportunity to earn a state designation (Recognized, Exemplary, or Master) based on the district’s approved TIA system.
